Right now American society is focused on Twitter, Elon Musk, free speech, and fake online accounts. Why is no one talking about how horrible LinkedIn is? It’s where business leaders give themselves dry hand jobs and other business leaders tell them they just gave themselves a great dry hand job.
It’s where people paint generations with a broad brush, go golfing and try to turn it into inspiration, and use hashtags like #HRGal and #wafflehouse while celebrating not paying people properly.
For anyone entering the job market for the first time or looking for a job, LinkedIn is a nightmare. A person must scramble to try and post something relevant on their profile while also engaging with other people’s posts bragging about how great they are.
We have no solutions on LinkedIn we just simply think it sucks.
